A theater has 40 seats in the first row, 42 in the second, 44 in the third etc. The theater has a total of 50 rows. How many seats are in the 50th row? How many seats are in the theater?
to get the answer I just know every 5 rows will the number will go up ten so in row 5 it will be 50 seats row 6 60 seats etc.. all the way to 50 which would have 140 seats!
