Strasbourg was the place where most printed books were produced.

The image shows us the cities of Europe with the least and most printed books. Strasbourg is a city in France where the first printing machine was invented by the Johannes Gutenberg which is why it is the city of most printed books. France is the place where the first printing press start working commercially so we can say that Strasbourg and followed by other cities of France had more printed books as compared to other cities of Europe. These areas produced most number of books due to presence of printing press.
