The invention of the puls was an absolute necessitas. Not only does it have the ability to nourish us, but it is very simple and easy to make. Most times it would be made with aqua and milk, but you could also put pomum in such as malum or mel, being that it was a grain based food. The creation of puls allowed people to have a good breakfast item that would supply them with the carbohydrates they needed for the day. And even now that puls isn't very common, it lead to the creation of oatmeal, which is a meal favored by many, such as myself.
