You can talk to someone. Talk to a family member or a loved one as they know you the best and can help you with whatever you are going through. You can also do things like see a doctor and take medication. Me personally I would prefer to talk to someone as I wouldn’t want to rely on medication to help with my depression.
you can snap a band on your wrist, take CBD, and talk to someone. Or what i do and sit and my room and be sad
