If I where judging art I would look for color technique and contrast
1. i think they can break the rules of art anytime, it’s their canvas and they can express themselves however they would like. there are no rules to art. people create what they want, and they do it from their pov??

2. yes, it depends on the person really. people view things differently, and art is subjective. one thing may be pretty to you and someone else may think it’s bad.


3. people who relate to an art piece will like and cherish it more. for example, if someone really likes dogs, they will enjoy a picture of dogs more than cats, and someone who likes cats more than dogs will cherish the cat painting more than the dog one. hope that makes sense.


4. i would say expressing yourself is most important. art would be nothing without it, and they would make it less exciting.
