We are constantly immersed in music everywhere we go. Music is in the malls that we shop in, in commercials on TV and radio, and in the elevators that we use every day. Does it have an influence on how much you spend?

Answer:

I notice music playing in peoples cars, my family playing music as they are cleaning, and my friend mumbling song lyrics in school.

An example for me would be: Usually, if it is before Thanksgiving, and a store has Christmas music playing, I become more reluctant to shop there. Another could be: If I notice a store playing a song I like, it makes me want to go in to hear it, and usually I end up finding something I like.

Music tends to not have an influence on the products I buy.

It does not have an influence on how much I spend.
