I think that someone would invent a flying car, but not an car attached to an airplane, but an actual flying car. It would be called The Fluster because it would have thrusters that make it fly and fins/wings that would have it go up, down, left, or right. It would have a control system on the inside on a screen where you would have it go into fly mode, and instead of a stick or a clutch on a regular car, it would have the control panel on the screen and the steering wheel would be used as the turning and stuff.
The car would be light, so I would use a light material like Metallic Microlattice, the worlds lightest metal and lightest structural material. I think it would be easier to fly using lighter material than using aluminum or steel. Futhermore, this would probably take a long time to make and construct and stuff and this was just an idea I had like a year ago.
