Most people would think that it isn’t depending on who it is and what I mean is that you have strong believers who may say they would only put it as their top priority if it was a white person and if it was a black person thenthey wouldn’t put it as a top priority which could be true in some cases if you take examples but I believe that all cases should be taken as top priority because the murderer has taken someone’s life and taken the life of someones family, lover, or friend. In my perspective I wouldn’t want my loved one taken from me because who would? Murder cases should always be top priority no matter what other cases pop up because once a murderer kills one person he will start to kill more becauses sometimes killers feel pleasure in killing and it could become something like mass murderers then you’d have the state murderers and it just gets worse.
