1. Analyze What do the details in paragraphs 1 through 3 suggest about the
girls' situation?

Respuesta :

According to these paragraphs, girls are in a difficult situation where they are attacked and bullied.

We can arrive at this answer because:

  • "Follow the Rabbit-Proof Fence," tells the story of some aboriginal girls who were taken from their tribes to study in English boarding schools, which aimed to "shape them" within the standards of white society.
  • In addition to the aggressions to Aboriginal culture and identity that the school provoked, the girls had to deal with the aggressions of their classmates.

We can see this in the first three paragraphs where they have their hair pulled and are slapped on the head by stronger girls who act like bullies.
