omg are you ok? if you do feel that way, think of alternatives that might prevent you. for example, maybe play around with an eraser or make knots.

i relate to this personally, so you should grab a water bottle or a fruit and put it in a freezer. Wait for it to freeze and as soon as it’s hard and cold hold on to it for a long time. It has the same affect as cutting yourself. it helps on stopping thoughts on wanting to hurt yourself. After words it’s also a good thing to talk to someone close to you.
