Yes, because homework is really a bias subject no one really likes it. It just makes it hard for the kids that actually have to do it. The teacher don’t even like it because it’s more work for them (to grade and stuff). So you could say like it’s good in some ways but it also puts a lot of stress on the kids and hurts some.
