Long-term stress increases the risk of mental health problems such as anxiety and depression, substance use problems, sleep problems, pain and bodily complaints such as muscle tension.
Because if there’s too much stress it then becomes very depressing which can be sad obviously and can turn into a mental illness because of how much stress and how much depression you’re having
