PLEASE HELP ME (100 POINTS) and no unnecessary answers pls

Imagine that you are the defendant in a trial where you are being charged with burglary. You are innocent and yet there is a great deal of evidence that make you look like you are guilty of the crime. You are being held in jail for the duration of the trial. Write a letter to your parents during the first day of deliberation. Think about the kind of things that you might be feeling while the jurors are deciding your fate. Look back through the lesson on the Constitution and refer to parts of it that you think may help or hurt your case.

Your letter must be 350 words and have at least two references to the Constitution. Make sure that your letter sounds real and captures the emotion that someone who is in your shoes may really be feeling.

id be Feeling nervous because he was charged with something i didnt do and i would also be a little bit scared and would try to get evidence from the scene to convince the jury and the judge that i didnt do it and that would take courage or let them keep you till they find the others, it would help you as youre still nervous, on the other hand you can be careless because im  being accused and you know for sure its not me yet you have the rights to be scared, who knows if youre gonna get killed for this accusation?

brainly doesnt let me write that amount for some reason

but take what i wrote as an idea for you or a summary to help you out, think, how would you feel if you were being accused like that?

Answer:

Dear Mom and Dad,

Hey guys, I'm really nervous and I need to find evidence so they don't accuse me of burglary, I'm sure I can find some, I just need it quick. I am writing to you just to tell you guys how I'm doing (not very well) and to see if you could maybe help me think of ideas. This whole fiasco could end very badly. I mean I don't even know why they would accuse me, I guess that's my luck. I hope things work out ok... If things don't go as planned though I will update you guys soon. Hope to see you soon
