Agree. People who do cruel things can still be cruel people. Sometimes, it is hard to change. But a person may have been going through tough times and they are taking their anger out the wrong way in which they think is healthy, or be peer pressured by others to do those bad things. But overall, even if people do cruel things, they have chances to change and be a good person whether it starts big or small.
