Not at all! The 10th amendment is basically saying what isn't listed it belongs to the government ¨and the people¨ but if we're being realistic, a lot of unlisted items don't really belong to the people of the united states, its all under control by the government. Its an advantage only because if we the people were in a dior need of something unlisted that the government has access to, its all up to them to give it to us, but we could always overrun the government because we have that right too
