Rat is seen shoplifting at the mall police arrest them outside the mall then drive him home to search his house and find a room full legal car stereos 
State if this is illegal or legal
Why do you think that based on the rules
I dont know the law behind this but if the state says anything about having a certain amount of stereos then it would be illegal but if not then he could just get charged for shoplifting and maybe interrogated.
