Cause the savanaa is a lot hotter and the sun hits that more. As for the Amazon, it rains a lot more and has colder tempeatures. So for this, it is a difference and an explanation
The savanna is hotter, because it is closer to the equator. The rainforest on the other hand is in the bottom side of the equator so therefore it will get more rain.
