I attached a graph of the function. You could use the slope-intercept form to easily hand draw it, or of course you could graph it yourself with a graphing calculator.
The domain of a graph refers to x-values. Basically, for how many x values will you have a real value? The range of a graph refers to y-values. Just as a tip, you don't even need a graph to know that an equation in this format generally has a domain and range of all real numbers.
