Dear Maxwell,
How are you doing over there and how is studies? It's so good to write to you again after about 6 months.
Guess what? Dad just built a new house and I'm so happy about it. You should have seen a change from the address above, we moved into the new house last week.
Remember Dad's land that he inherited from Grandpa, yes the house was built on the land. The house is a 4 bedroom apartment having a big sitting room, dining area, kitchen and a store room. Dad and mum are to take the master bedroom while we both have each room to ourselves. The other room will be used by visitors.
The compound is so big and it has a swimming pool and a basketball court. The house is painted white which makes it unique among houses in the environment. It's so beautiful and lovely. The environment is also clean and quiet compared to our old house.
I will ensure I send pictures when next I'm writing to you. I look forward to seeing you soon. Take good care of yourself.
Love,
your dearest brother.

Dear brother,
It is with great delight that I write this letter to you today. How are you and your wife?
I am sure you are aware that daddy was expecting his gratuity before you left for America. He got a sum of $50000 about two months ago, and daddy has been amazing in his ability to spend money.
He just built a mighty edifice in the village. The house, needless to say, is second to none in the community. It is a duplex of five rooms with a relaxation spot at the center. It is painted in gold, with some strips of white at the edges. The doors, roofing sheets, windows are all top-notch.
A lot of residents now come to our new house for a sight-seeing. I can't wait for when you will come to Nigeria to see this for yourself. It is indeed a rare edifice.
Let me spare you of too many details so that you can be really amazed when you eventually see it.
My regards to your wife and your friends over there.
Yours sincerely,
Loveth.
