to find mean, add all of the numbers, and divide that by how many numbers you have.
for example:
number 7 on your paper (8,9,10,15,28)
add those numbers together to get: 70
then divide 70 by 5 (since that's how many numbers there are in the problem) to get: 14
to get median write out all the numbers from least to greatest like you've done and find the middle number by marking off a number from the side each time then you will get: 10
to find mode you just write the number that appears the most. since there are no repeating numbers in your problem, theres no mode.
to find range you subtract the smallest number from the largest number in the problem.
so in your case, it would be 28-8
your range would be: 20
