The last one is the greatest as a positive but because it's both the greatest positive but a negative it is the smallest. Since 2/3 is closest to 1 and is positive it would be the greatest. -3/7 is a smaller value than 1/4 as it's closer to 0 than 1/4 is.

I just turned them into decimals and sorted it.
-4/5 = -0.80
-3/7 = -0.42
1/4 = 0.25
2/3 = 0.67
But you can also infer without converting. -4/5 is closer to being a whole since there are 4 “pieces” out of 5, so only 1 piece left. -3/7 is farther because 4 pieces left. Same with the positive numbers. But this method doesn’t always work because some pieces can be bigger than others like 9/10 (0.90) and 5/6 (0.83)
