no it can't be possible (but it depends if the fathers blood group is AA not AO and the mother's group is BB not BO) otherwise it can't be possible

Explanation:

blood group O is recessive so both parents must have this type of blood group or at least one of them to have an offspring with this blood group

if they had more children they'd have blood groups A,B or AB
