The only time that the fascist government works is when the dictator was able to come with power and that he or she has the capability of convincing the populace that his or her motive is to bring safety or prestige to one’s country. The correct answer is letter b.

In a fascist government,  the citizens is required to follow all the orders made by the government without any chance to criticise it. This could only happen if the leader is a dictator who seek absolute power, along with the naivety of the citizens to blindly follow such leaders and let their freedom be taken away.
