I would say harm caused by technology or physical abuse. If it is online and someone is continuously looking at photos or videos of you and being weird that is harm caused by technology.
It could be physical abuse because they are not respecting physical boundaries, they are also not respecting your "personal bubble" when they are stalking you, that would be physical abuse.
