Assuming that the throw represents projectile motion, what are the missing values in the table?
A. A = 5, B = 3
B. A = 4, B = 0
C. A = 4, B = 3
D. A = 5, B = 0

Assuming that the throw represents projectile motion what are the missing values in the table A A 5 B 3 B A 4 B 0 C A 4 B 3 D A 5 B 0 class=

Respuesta :

Since it is a projectile motion then I will go up then it will go down once it reach the maximum height. as we can se from the  table, the maximum height is 7 ft and it goes down 6 ft then 4, so it should be the same as it goes up so A = 4 and B = 3

The missing value in the table of the projectile motion since it assumes a parabolic curve is A = 4, B = 3

What is a projectile motion?

Projectile motion is the motion of an object hurled into the air. As the object experiences the force of gravity while in the air, following the initial force that propels it into the air, it then encounters air resistance and the object descends back in a parabolic curve pathway.

From the information given, we have:

Time (s)           0     1     2     3     4     5      6

Height (feet)   3     A     6     7     6     4     B

Therefore, we can conclude that the missing value in the table of the projectile motion since it assumes a parabolic curve is A = 4, B = 3.
