I think the answer varies, depending on how the question is worded.

Here's how I got it:
In PEMDAS, you must do the work in parenthesis first. 60 plus 7 is 67, and 4 times 67 is 268, so there are a variety of answers.

You could do 200 + (60+8), and the answer would be 268.
You could do 100 + (110+58), and the answer would be 268.
You could even do 1 + (200+{60 + [4+4] } ), and the answer would be 268.

It depends on what the answer choices are, really. If it isn't an answer choice question, you got three answers right off the bat.

You can replace the numbers with places like this
Example: 7(60 + 4)

Or try to find the product and then think one of  an expression that can be
