If you clearly see the diagram, you can see that every tide, either low or high, has a difference of 6 to 7 hours for each peak. So if the pattern continues and the last peak was at 7 or 7:30 pm as shown in the table on day 2, then you can do the calculations and see that the most acuurate option is number 2: 1:30 am.
