If it's 4lbs AND 6 oz of clay,
Then she should have 7 oz of clay in each part because 4lbs and 6oz of clay is 70oz of clay and 70/10=7

The answer should be 7oz
4lbs is equal to 64lbs because 1lb is equal to 16oz
Then you would add the 6lbs to the 64lbs and get 70lbs
Divide that by 10 and you will get 7
