First, organize all of the like terms. All of the numbers to one side, all of the variables to the other. Then, divide to get x by itself.
4) -2x-3+3x≥12

ok so this symbol ≥ means greater than or equal too

So since that symbol is with the 12 that means 
-2x-3+3x 
Has to be greater than or equal to 12
So
For the x's you can substitute anything as long as its greater than or equal to 12

Like: 
-2*-4-3+3*4

-2*-4 = 8

8-3+3*4

8-3=5

5+3*4

5+3=8

8*4=32 which is greater than 12 and what they're looking for is something greater than or equal to 12
