  • China and Pakistan's nuclear policy were becoming aggravating.

2. When was the Indian Atomic Energy Commission established?

India's Atomic Energy Commission was established in the month of August, the year 1948. This was executed under the express order of the Prime Minister (Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru) following a presidential order.
