(g) |3x-1| greater or equal to 18

b) if x+3 is positive, it will be x+3<9 but you have to simplify it so you subtract 3 on both sides and get *x<6*

c) if y-8 is positive, it will stay like that, and you then add 8 on both sides to get *y>19*

g) if 3x-1 is positive, it will be 3x-1 greater than or equal to 18. add 1 on both sides and *3x > or = to 18*

4y+3 < or = 13. subtract 3 on both sides and you get *4y < or = 13*

One more thing:

Less than or equal to is a '<' with a line underneath.

Greater than or equal to is a '>' with a line underneath.
