Should students have to take classes they don't like? Students in middle school should be allowed to use study hall periods however they choose. Some students may choose to use these periods to do homework or to study. Others may want to relax by drawing or listening to music instead. As long as they do not disturb other students, they should have the freedom to choose how to spend this time

Answer: Students should be able to choose their own classes because it would prepare them better for the real world. Students would have more motivation to learn and come to school if they were given the opportunity to choose their own classes instead of being required to take certain classes in order to graduate
