In the given question

The time difference between Bus A and Bus B is 2 hours In that two Hours Bus A will travel ( 2 x 50 ) km

= 100 km

The relative speed difference between Bus A and Bus B is (70 - 50)km/hr

= 20 km/hr

To catch Bus A , Bus B will need (100/20)hrs

= 5 hrs

So, Bus B left at 10:00 after 5 hrs it will be 15:00.

At 15:00 Bus B will pass Bus A.
