I would chose B because stress is the most dangerous part that could cause mentally and physically at the same time. If you know what cause YOU to be stressed about, then you have to come up with a plan of how you are going to handle it effectively. Some people for instance used some sort of medications or drugs to get over with their stress, but they are making worse for themselves. The stress from that would be how they are going to overcome their addict or what would they do about it.
The stress could also cause a mental issue by headaches, brain discomforts and etc. Physically it could cause you get tired and mood swings, which it would affect your social life and your family.
