As we know HJ + JK= HK

                  4x+9 + 3x+3 = 33

                   7x +12 = 33

                   7x= 33-12

Line segment HJ = 4x + 9 = 4× 3+ 9=21

Line segment HJ = 3x + 3 = 3× 3+ 3=12
