people with those disorders get a feeling of happiness & euphoria when they dont eat or when they vomit the food much like an experience with a drug
treatment would be to find out and help them get those things that they have replaced with the eating disorder
like re-establishing friendships and family ties
talking out their problems
apologizing to those they feel they did bad things to
much like in a 12 step program
