The Supreme Court of the United States is the highest court. In addition, it has exclusive jurisdiction over a select number of matters, including "all Cases involving Ambassadors, other public Ministers, and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party." A legislation may be struck down by the court under the authority of judicial review if it disobeys a constitutional clause. The Supreme Court Building in Washington, D.C., is where the court convenes. The Supreme Court Police is its law enforcement branch.
