multiples of 8 that are less than 60: 8,16,24,32,40,48,56,
so the 8th run is at 8.4 am ; the 10th run is at 8.20 so u only have to wait a minute.
2-I suppose it's the third answer.
3-we can't know how many cars drive by in x minutes without knowing the value of x!
