Have you been taught dimensional analysis? This is a great time to learn it if you haven't yet. You simply set up the problem as a fraction and multiply it by unit multipliers.
The picture shows how to set up the problem. If you look at 12in/1ft, you can see that this is equal to 1. You know you can multiply anything by 1. This is all you are doing with dimensional analysis. The other important thing to notice is that when you put ft in the bottom of the fraction, you will have ft/ft, which cancels them both out. This is how you end up with the units you are aiming for.
You should end up with 85 in/min and 0.139 mL/hr
