What do your muscles need during exercise that blood brings? What waste product (produced during aerobic respiration) does the blood carry away?

muscles need oxygen, for aerobic respiration to occur, so the muscles can obtain a supply if energy. the waste product is lactic acid which is produced when their is not enough oxygen for aerobic respiration to occur.
