Stress may be defined as the extra load that a person takes when he/she is in a state of great mental disorder or is experiencing some mental pressure. Stress if not managed may lead to many problems and a person may have various mantal as well as physical health problems. If it lasts for short time the problem is acute and can be treated with the help of proper medication and therapist and if it last long, then it may lead to mental disorder and mental breakdown and will require very intense care and medication.
