Well, one difference of Inland and Oceanic is the quality of the shrimp in this case. Inland might not have an abundance of shrimp, while oceanic will have LOTS!
One pro of Inland farming is that the breeding is monitored so you know what you're getting from the farmer, Oceans have a more randomized system and isnt monitored.
One con about Oceanic farming is that the Shrimp is coming from everywhere. You could fish in the Ocean and get shrimp from like Alaska but it's fresh.
