The correct answer would be A)
It would be mike, you might think it could be both mike and rose but it is mike because the number is supposed to be rounded down. It the weight was 11.36 it would be rose. When the number is 1,2,3,4 or 5 the number would be rounded down, if it is higher the number would be rounded up. Sorry if i didn't explain it well, i just hope i helped.
