You are involved in a skateboard accident your feet left the board and into you hit your head on the pavement you were wearing a helmet but you lost consciousness for about 2 minutes when you come to you begin vomiting and were slurring your speech which facility should you visit to treat your injuries

The blacking out, vomiting, and slurred speech sound like a concussion. The best facility to go to would be a hospital or an ER.
