Solve V=(1/3)(pi)h^2(3r-h) for r.

Let's simplify the equation:
V=πrh^2 - (πh^3)/3
πrh^2=V + (πh^3)/3
πrh^2=(3V + πh^3)/3
r = (3V + πh^3)/3πh^2
