Respuesta :

'Harrison Bergeron' tries to stresses that men fail to achieve equality because of their own pride and jealousy issues. Vonnegut points out that a man can be an equal to others if he has the privilege of self-expression.
In the 'Letter from Birmingham Jail', equality is painted as fair treatment and a state of peace among men. King stresses that the violence against Negros threatens the peace for all Americans.
These works are similar because they both criticize their world's government and how men treat each other. They are different because Vonnegut talks about skills while King discusses real world rights.
