The economic influence on Russia, the principal one from the US is the introduction of the capitalist system after the decline of the Soviet Union. A cultural/economic influence could be chains of restaurants such as McDonald's and the cultural aspect of this would be the concept of a fast food restaurant with take out, say which might be a new idea and something which is less social than eating in the restaurant. As for technological, the widespread use of cell phones and laptops would most likely be novel for the Russians.
