NO! its important you identify what it is, wether it's a boil, a scab, or anything. You want to make sure that it's not an infection or even worse. get it looked at by a doctor, then IF it's a wart or other removable, get it done professionally. Frozen off, you're making it sound like you'd just grab a pear knife and do it yourself!!
