Depends on where you live. Where I live in california, You have to be 21 to buy/drink alchohol, and 18 to buy tobacco. And you cannot drive under the influence of Alchohol. The legal limit to drive is BAC: 0.08. You cannot smoke tobacco in the car with a minor.
