A college meal plan is a plan whereby a student uses a pre-paid account for his meals. This account is activated at the beginning of the semester and the student deposits cash in his/her account. By doing this he/she have paid all the meals for that term. then during meals he/she is required to swipe the ID or a special meal card issued for that purpose every time he wants to take meal and the value of the meal will be deducted fro the account. This plan allows students to pay their meals before.
